Adding Beneficiaries in Paylocity For Life Insurance

1. Go to Paylocity | Self Service Portal

2. Enter Your Log In Information

Your company code is B9941. If you're an hourly employee, the company code is B2426

3. Click on Manage my Benefits

4. Click on Beneficiaries

5. Add Beneficiary Information. Follow the prompts.
