How to schedule a room using Google Calendar
When scheduling an event or meeting in Google Calendar, add a room by selecting the Rooms tab/link (next to Guests) and select an available (not already booked) room. The room will be added to the event and other attendees will also see it so they know where the meeting is.
Alternatively, you can still contact the room manager to make a reservation.

Room Check-in
When using a Zoom enabled room, don't forget to check in to your reservations, otherwise, it will free up the room for others to use.
Room Controller (if it's a zoom room)Tap Check-In on the controller to confirm that you’re in the room. If the scheduled meeting is a Zoom meeting, the controller will list Start instead of Check-In.

If you do not start or check in to a meeting within the configured time, the meeting will be canceled and removed from the schedule.
