To update your income tax withholdings at any time during the year, print and fill out the applicable form below and bring it to the Payroll Office, or stop by the Payroll Office for a blank form. 

If you're in Paylocity Company B9941, you will need to complete a new Voluntary Tax Withholding Form.

If you're in Paylocity Company B2426, you will need to complete a new W-4 Form, the Employee's Withholding Allowance Certificate.
