Visit the Teladoc website at teladoc.com It will immediately take you to their new website teladochealth.com because Teladoc is now Teladoc Health.
1. Click on Sign up
2. Tab through questions and enter all of your information as it appears on your insurance card or pay stub. This will confirm your eligibility.
3. If you have a code from Teladoc, check the box and input the code information. If you do not have a valid code, don't worry. Do not check the box and just click Next as is shown.
4. Click on Next
5. This is what you should see when they find and connect your account.
6. Finish creating your account by completing the information as instructed.
You will enter your contact information; determine a username and password and answer a few security questions of your choosing.
7. Finish by checking the box "I accept...."
8. System is thinking....
9. You are set!! Now you can navigate around the web page and the website to familiarize yourself with what it's all about. There is a Frequently Asked Questions area that has many links to answer most of your questions.
