How to view your medical claims/EoB's on 

Med-Pay's Member Portal


1. Go to Med-Pay's website and click "Member Login"

2. In Med-Pay Member Portal enter credentials to login

3. Click on claim access authorization

4. Click on CLAIMS

5. Click on COVERAGE & BENEFITS to view a summary of your active coverage

6. Here you can view your account info, Member ID number, Active status, Group number...

7. If you have a claim, you will see them listed here. Click on any claim number to view.

8. Click on EOB View

Click on EOB View

9. This will pull up the Explanation of Benefits (EoB) for that specific claim

*Note: This is not a bill, but an explanation of benefits for that specific service/claim. This  shows the amount of your responsibility for the service provided. You may also receive an EoB in the mail after visiting your provider. 

You will be billed separately by University Health/urgent care provider or facility.

This will pull up the Explanation of Benefits (EoB) for that specific claim
