Download Medical ID Card with Med-Pay

Once you are registered with Med-Pay and have set up your account, you can download your Medical ID Card directly from the website.


1. Go to www.med-pay.com

2. Click on Member Login

3. Type in your Username and Password

4. Choose Sign in

5. Click on Print your ID Cards

Click on Print your ID Cards

6. Click on Download ID Card PDF and follow directions to print out your ID Card
